Join Karma Longtin for a fun and relaxing weekend of yoga at a beautifully renovated 1840s house nestled in the village of Plymouth, Vermont. We will begin the day with flowy vinyasa yoga and end the day with a floppy restorative practice. In between, you will have the afternoon free to yourselves to hike, explore, shop, or just hang out! Delicious gourmet meals will be prepared daily by a skilled chef at Good Commons, and all dietary needs will be accommodated. All levels welcome! This year there's an option to go early and celebrate the 4th of July in Vermont!
